The ellipsis belongs to all of us.
No young person should navigate their ellipsis alone. Making sure they do not is not Purposed’s responsibility alone either. It belongs to every person, every organisation, and every institution surrounding a young person in transition.
Here is how to be part of it — wherever you are starting from.

How to be part of it
Everyone starts in the same place — and can go as deep as they want. Three layers, one movement.

Become an Ambassador or a Champion
The deepest way in. Ambassadors are the young voices people recognise in the Magazine. Champions are the experts, organisations, and partners who help carry the mission.

What coalition members receive
What coalition members receive
When you sign, share, or apply as an Ambassador or Expert, you become part of the Ellipsis Coalition — the growing public register of everyone who has said yes to this.
Here is what that means in practice:
The monthly Ellipsis Letter — personal, written by Emmanuel, never longer than 600 words. One honest reflection. One story from the archive worth reading and why. One research insight. One specific ask.
Early access to each new Magazine issue before public release.
The quarterly Research Digest — two pages, one finding, plain language, free.
Three-times-yearly reflection prompts connecting you to the research programme as it develops.
Updates on what we are building next — because we are not only naming the gap. We are building the thing that closes it.

Purposed is a Community Interest Company — every contribution goes straight into building the campaign, the research, and the platform. Nothing is skimmed for private gain; free access for young people is protected in our governing documents.

Ambassador application
Want to be one of the voices people recognise?
Purposed Ambassadors are the regular, named contributors who make the Magazine what it is — sharing their stories, writing about the themes they live in, and becoming a consistent voice in a publication that is being read and forwarded across the country.
Being an Ambassador means joining the team. It means your story — told honestly, with your name on it — might sit inside an Ellipsis OS micro-course, read by a young person navigating the exact thing you once were. That is not a small thing.
What we are looking for:
Someone with something honest to say about their ellipsis — at any stage of it.
Someone willing to be named and consistent.
Someone whose story holds its valley — not just the view from the top.
What you would do:
Contribute at least one piece per Magazine volume (termly).
Take part in a short conversation with the editorial team before your first piece.
Optionally, be briefed for a specific peer story slot within Ellipsis OS.

Expert and organisation interest
Expert and organisation interest
If you are a practitioner, researcher, youth worker, or organisation whose work puts you alongside young people in transition, we would love your perspective in the Magazine’s Voices and Expert Corner sections — and possibly a deeper role in the Ellipsis Coalition.
