Our research programme. We analyse what is happening in the ellipsis, publishing what we find regardless of whether it confirms or challenges our own assumptions, producing the evidence base that makes the case for holistic support in the ellipsis impossible to ignore.

"I started Purposed from inside my own ellipsis."
At 16: Exploring my next steps after GCSEs while managing caring responsibilities…
At 18: Becoming the first in my family to attend a Russell Group university -moving away from home, finding my tribe, and searching for new opportunities…
At 20: Navigating the start of my career with a hidden disability…
At every pause, I had support in the in-between.
Mentors, teachers, family, friends, coaches and confidants saw me through every transition. They didn't just help me figure out what I wanted to do or where I wanted to go; they helped me establish who I wanted to become.
For far too many young people, that support system isn't there.
Purposed was made to change that.
We see those (...) moments as stepping stones between one chapter and the next. We exist to ensure that every young person has the community, resources and agency they need to navigate their next steps.
