I founded this platform because I live in the in-between.
The stretch between expectation and clarity. The quiet questions about where you fit. How to move forward when the path isn’t obvious.
As a young person from an underrepresented community with caring responsibilities and a hidden disability, I’ve experienced the tension between potential and pressure. But I’ve also seen what’s possible when those moments are met with practical insights that make sense, communities that understand, and opportunities that open doors.

Purposed Perspectives is an evidence-based consultancy, also founded by Emmanuel Togoh, combining academic rigour with lived experience
to transform how organisations understand and improve youth development and youth engagement.
It's also the engine that powers the insights behind the Purposed platform.

🟠Our mixed-methods research goes beyond statistics to understand the emotional, cognitive, and practical dimensions of youth development.
🟡We then apply these insights to design interventions that meet young people where they are - helping organisations move from low participation to genuine engagement.

Accessibility: Core content will always be free. We offer full scholarships and pay-it-forward options. Financial barriers should never prevent someone from growing.
Privacy: Your data is yours. We don't sell information to third parties. Community discussions are confidential within the group.
Safeguarding: We're serious about member safety. All team members are DBS-checked. We have clear reporting procedures for concerns. We signpost to professional services when needed.
